Brock didn't bond, or at least, he told himself that it was not in his life to do so. The universe still conspired against him anyway, and he hadn't been happy to find out that when he had found a bond, it was to some freak science project that may or may not have any bearing on success. He would have shot her, but he knew that a dead bond meant the other passed sooner than later, and he had too much shit to do before he died. So, he decided that if he had to be miserable and hate it, so did his bond.

He nailed her when he had to, stayed close when it was required, but he wasn't there often either. Being a major player to two organizations took up a lot of his time, but he still put aside time to annoy Sarah as much as possible with just his presence. Really, it didn't take any more than that. He especially liked the times where they had to go on missions together. Her only real revenge came now and again, and he cursed her colourfully whenever it happened.

Ugh, HYDRA meetings were always awkward when half-erection and he mentally sent her back a nasty thought of what he was going to do to her with rope and his belt later. He then left the meeting twenty minutes later to track her down so he could force her to endure his presence for a little while.
