She just arched a brow at that first question, because she knew where they each stood, respectively, in Steve's circle of trust, herself well on the inside, and Rumlow somewhere miles off the far edge. And with her being sidekick and outside viewpoint both on the whole 'track down Barnes' project, any bond would prove dicey. Moreso one between them. Which honestly she wasn't entirely thrilled at the prospect of, either.

Honestly it probably wasn't all that great an idea for her to be alone out in public either, which was part of why she had Steve on speed dial, and hadn't been an idiot about where she was going.
