It's good that Rumlow broke it off when he did, as Steve had been starting to feel a little breathless, and he laid there in the aftermath of the kiss, hair mussed and eyes blown and kind of stunned. It was only now that it all sank in completely, especially when Rumlow settled on his leg and he was pretty sure he could feel his dick even through all those layers of clothing.
