[His hands snap up to grasp at Steve's shoulders, gripping them so that he didn't have to stop the motions of his body as he rode his mate in his seemingly precious nest. He had long ago decided that the sea would be much better with Steve in it, as his mate had been when they were much younger and care-free. It had been a long time.]

I wouldn't let you. [He kissed Steve hard, issued a soft breath that contained just a tingle of his power, grown with him into adulthood. He moved his hips faster, driving himself down on Steve and his breathing came faster than usual given the bulk he was carrying and the difficulty expanding his lungs all the way.]

I could breathe into you, fill your lungs with the ability to process water, like when we were younger. Do you remember that feeling? I can have it last much longer now, I think.
