At the moment the rattling sound of the keys was actually a good distraction and she just stared at the ceiling, mulling on the words that Natasha had just told her and wondering her just how long had the rest planned that behind her back, she wondered if Sam had been part of it and even if he was, she wasn’t sure if she could be angry with him or any of them, in a way she could understand why they thought that plan was sound, they still saw Bucky was the soldier and not as the friend she had lost so long ago, maybe he was just the soldier now but she still clung to her feeble hopes about his memories.

She really didn’t think she could go ahead with that plan, but would that plan have its merits? Maybe if it was done differently, no, he will still be locked down as nothing more than an animal or worse, she didn’t want to force that on him. Slowly she took a deep breath and considered his offer. “Yes, please and thank you.” It made her feel a bit bad for accepting his offer, but this wasn’t exactly an order and she had made sure to make her response not look or feel like one, she wanted to break him out of that following orders mode.

Her fingers drummed against the bed for a moment. “She just mentioned something about some information she left me and that I’m clear for the moment, you on the other hand, there are images of you and we need to stay low for a bit just to be sure.” She wasn’t lying, she had said what she considered important, he didn’t needed to know about that other option.
