Stupid arms, and Stupid coat, was the only thought that went through Steve's head as he got caught up in his coat. He was focused on the coat, so he didn't notice his friend moving so close to him.
"W-what?" He stammered out, staring at his friend. "You want to kiss me?" He whispered. He shrugged out of his jacket, not caring when it fell to the floor.
