As unused as she was to the looks and the attention, it made him happy and given all that he had gone through –from being on the field, which had apparently been an experience that had been so hard for him and then being kidnapped, tortured even, being able to give him a bit happiness over this mayhem was good for her and well, she was probably going to get used to all the attention and probably even enjoy it, considering how close they already were the transition really shouldn’t be that hard from friendship to more and she was more than sure everyone was going to realize the change right away.
A small smile appeared on Steph’s face at the rather familiar motion, with a mild of her eyes she moved to take a seat on the cot and moved to take off her boots, she wasn’t going to get in there and dirty the sheets giving more trouble to others, before she moved to lie down on her side and just looked at him with another amused smile. “Are you happy now, Buck?”
